Is there a security deposit?

Yes, all of our tenants pay a $25 deposit when they sign the lease. The deposit includes a personalized 24/7 gate access code and lock for the space. It is refundable once the space is vacated and the lock and keys are turned in to the office.


Is there a minimum lease term?

The minimum lease is one month.


Do you prorate rent?

No we do not.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash and personal check with proper identification. Our tenants have the option of paying in person at the office, using our self-service kiosk and also online at our website.


When is my rent due?

Your rent is due on the anniversary date of signing the lease agreement. For example, if you rented on July 15th, the rent is due on the 15th day of each month.


What are the office hours?

The office is open Monday through Thursday 9:30-5:30, Friday 9:30-4 and Saturday 9-2 pm.


What type of notice is required when I’m vacating the unit?

We ask for 10 days written notice when our tenants no longer need the space.


How do I know which size space I will need?

Feel free to call the office and speak with one of our friendly employees. We have the experience and knowledge to help you determine what size may best fit your needs. You may also browse through our website to help determine the size based on the units’ descriptions.


What is “climate-controlled” storage?

Climate controlled units are in a building where the temperature is regulated. It is heated in the winter and cooled in the summer to protect the contents from the extreme changes of temperature.

We have a variety of boxes and packing supplies for sale at our facility.
